Designing for Care

Most of my work lives in high-stakes, high-complexity environments - medical devices, clinical workflows, regulated design processes. I've spent the past few years learning that good healthcare design isn't about polish, it's about reducing the chance of a bad outcome: fewer steps, clearer signals, safer defaults. I work closely with engineers to turn ambiguous requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and systems that hold up when it matters.
